Innerspice, Muddy Salt Creek

Welcome to Something Blue. I’m Hairy Larry and I’ve got the blues, for you.

Innerspice, Oh Willie

All right now, we’re listening to Innerspice recorded live at Sunny’s Bar & Grill in Chicago, Illinois, on June 20, 2014. We heard “Muddy Salt Creek” and “Oh Willie”. I’m from Chicago and I used to live near Salt Creek and I love the blues rock played by Innerspice.

Something Blue is broadcast on KASU, 91.9 FM and streaming on the internet at kasu.org.

I’m Hairy Larry, host of Something Blue, and I’m jumping right back into this great music. Here’s Innerspice playing “Handles Of Destiny” followed by Moonalice doing “City Of New Orleans”.

Moonalice, What a Wonderful World
Moonalice, Ophelia

Now that’s what I’m talking about, Moonalice singing The Band song “Ophelia”. Before that they did Louis Armstrong, “What A Wonderful World”. Moonalice was recorded live at The Sitzmark in Girdwood, Alaska, on January 8, 2016. It’s great hearing a jam band playing standards.

Something Blue is broadcast on KASU, 91.9 FM and streaming on the internet at kasu.org.
